1、 Fan does not rotate

Fault analysis: it may be that the secondary high voltage is open circuit, or the power supply is not connected, or the capacitor is broken, or the motor is burned out.

Diagnosis: check the sub high voltage switch for short circuit test. If it is broken, replace it immediately. Measure the line voltage, check the capacity of the capacitor, and replace the capacitor.

2、 The unit does not rotate and there is no display

Fault analysis: it may be the power supply fault or the fuse is burnt out, the thermal overload protector is burnt out and the power line is loose.

Diagnosis: First cut off the power, then check the power switch, update the power cord, and check the unit.

3、 Frost on compressor surface

Fault analysis: It may be that the temperature sensor falls off due to expansion, or the expansion valve fails, or the chip is stuck, the temperature setting is wrong, or the refrigerant is not prepared enough.

Diagnosis: readjust the device inside, replace the thermal expansion valve, readjust the temperature sensor, and pay attention to cleaning and inspection

4、 The compressor is noisy

Fault analysis: the fixed part of the internal pipeline loosens and produces vibration, the thermal expansion is too large, the oil pressure is too low, or the muffler is damaged.

Diagnosis: adjust the opening of the thermal expansion valve, check and fasten the compressor pipeline, and replace the lubricating oil and muffler.
