During the operation of the heat pump compressor, the heat output of the unit is automatically adjusted according to the changes of the heat users, which is also called capacity regulation. Theoretically, the capacity of the compressor can achieve continuous stepless regulation within the range of 0% - 100%, and it should still maintain a high thermal efficiency when the unit is under partial load. The capacity adjustment of air energy heat pump compressor will not change the reliability of the press itself. Several widely applicable adjustment methods are as follows: 1. The gas delivery is regulated by the suction valve plate. When a certain compression chamber is not required to work, the regulating mechanism of the cylinder pushes the suction valve plate away from the valve seat, so that the suction valve is always in the open state. When the compressor inhales, the low pressure air is sucked from the suction valve, and the steam in the compression process returns to the suction chamber through the suction valve, and the exhaust valve is always in the closed state. Therefore, the gas flow in the cylinder is 0. This method can realize the no-load starting of the compressor and the adjustment of the gas transmission volume, so as to achieve the purpose of heat adjustment. 2. Close the suction valve When the piston moves, only the air cylinder is empty, and there is no working medium in the cylinder, that is, neither air suction nor compression. The power consumption of the cylinder that does not work is only 3-4% of that of the cylinder that does not work at saturation 3. Switch adjustment of compressor Also called double position regulation, the unit will realize intermittent operation according to its own load. For some small heat pump units, we can adopt the method of making the compressor work intermittently to realize the change of heating capacity and heat demand. When the temperature is higher than the upper limit of the set temperature under the condition of heat demand, the temperature relay or pressure relay stops the compressor and the temperature starts to drop. When the temperature is lower than the lower limit of the set temperature, the relay will close the circuit of the compressor and restart the compressor. This method of adjusting according to the capacity of the compressor is relatively simple. The disadvantage is that the frequent startup of the unit affects the service life of the unit. 4. Variable speed adjustment. Adjust the speed of the press to realize the adjustment of the gas transmission volume. 5. By adjusting the gas transmission bypass valve, the high pressure working medium output by the press returns to the suction side. 6. Suction throttling regulation. Namely, valves are added on the suction path to regulate the flow of working medium. 7. The number adjustment of multiple compressors is combined with the jacking mode.
